I. Return Policy
Conditions of return, exchange and refund
In order to get an exchange or a refund, please fill in the contact form within 7 days after the reception of your order.
If breakage occurs on reception of your order, or if an error is made by me concerning the products references received, I also offer the option of exchange as well as refund.
Unless breakage occurs, all products must be unworn, unused and in original condition with its package. I have the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet the Return Policy requirements mentioned above.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for return or exchange. Furthermore, the customer will also need to retain all proof of the return, which implies that the items must be returned by registered mail using a trackable shipping method. I cannot be held responsible for lost return orders.
Refunds
Refunds will be made through Paypal, once I have received the item(s).
Exchange
If you are not happy with the item you have ordered, but you are interested in something else from my shop ? Fill in the contact form with your request and I’ll see what I can do.
How to return or exchange a product ?
Fill in the contact form specifying all the information concerning your order (your complete contact information, date and reference of your order) and you will receive a response with instructions within 48 hours.
