Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

Preamble
These terms and conditions govern all transactions made on my website, including the sale of jewelry, candles, wellness-related products, digital goods, and other handmade creations. By placing an order, you unreservedly accept these terms and conditions.
Products and Orders
Customized and Made-to-Order Products
Jewelry is exclusively custom-made and produced upon order, based on the client’s specifications. According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized do not benefit from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, custom-made jewelry cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been confirmed.
Digital Products: Ebooks, Trainings, Audio MP3s, Videos, Digital Links, Individual Coaching, Energetic Candles, and Energetic Tools
All digital products including ebooks, training courses, audio MP3s, videos, digital links, individual coaching sessions, energetic candles, and energetic tools are non-refundable. Once access or delivery has been granted, these products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Product Availability
All products offered for sale are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, you will be informed promptly, and a refund may be issued if no replacement product is suitable.
Pricing
The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Shipping fees, as well as any potential customs duties or international taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product prices.
Shipping
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via Colissimo with insurance and tracking for purchases under €300.
For orders over €300, parcels are sent using declared value shipping via La Poste, ensuring maximum security during transit.
Processing & Dispatch Times
- In-stock products: shipped within 2 to 7 business days.
- Custom jewelry: manufacturing and shipping time between 4 and 6 weeks.
Made-to-Order Items
Some jewelry pieces available on this site are made to order and not held in stock. This is clearly specified on the product page.
The estimated production time for these pieces is between 4 and 6 weeks from payment validation to shipment.
Customs Duties & International Taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union or internationally, any customs duties or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. These fees are determined by the destination country's authorities and cannot be estimated beforehand.
It is your responsibility to inquire about these charges before placing your order.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Right of Withdrawal (Standard Products Only)
In accordance with applicable law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal on standard (non-custom) products. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, complete, and undamaged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Conditions
Returned items are not eligible for exchange. A refund will only be issued if all return conditions mentioned above are strictly met.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
"goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized."
This applies particularly to all made-to-order jewelry, whether produced by foundry or handcrafted after purchase confirmation.
These creations are considered unique or personalized pieces and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once payment has been processed.
Returns for International Orders
Due to customs and logistical constraints, no returns or exchanges are accepted for made-to-order jewelry shipped outside France and the European Union.
