Shipping via Colissimo with La Poste for France and International Orders

I exclusively offer Colissimo shipping via La Poste, both for France and international orders. This reliable and fast service guarantees complete tracking of your order, from pick-up to delivery. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment to follow the progress of your package in real time.

Shipping in France
For shipments within France, I use Colissimo service from La Poste. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment to track the status of your order.

Delivery time: typically 2 to 3 business days.
Shipping costs: calculated based on the weight of the package and destination.
Insurance: included to ensure the security of your shipments.

Shipping Internationally
I also offer Colissimo International service for shipments abroad. This service allows delivery to over 200 destinations worldwide with secure tracking at every step.

Delivery time: variable depending on the destination, from 5 to 14 business days.
Shipping costs: calculated based on the destination and package weight.
Insurance: included to ensure the integrity of your package to its destination.

Orders over 300€ (approx. $324): For all orders over 300€, the shipment will be made with declared value for added protection of your shipments.

 

About Returns:

At Agnès Lowens, your satisfaction is my priority. However, since all the jewelry is made to order and customized, I must specify that no returns or refunds can be made for these items, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Return Conditions:

No returns accepted: Since all jewelry is made to order and customized, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these products.
Check before ordering: Please ensure you carefully check your choices (size, model, materials) before finalizing your order, as once it is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping costs: Return shipping costs for any non-customized items are at your expense. I recommend using a tracked service for your return, as I cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
Customs fees and taxes: Any additional costs, such as customs duties or taxes, are also at your expense.
Lost packages: In case of loss of the returned package, I cannot offer a refund.
