When will I receive my order ?

Free Worldwide delivery for any purchase over $100.

The order will be processed after reception of the payment and sent within 48 hours (except on week-ends and/or any bank holidays). Orders are shipped with online tracking and sign-on-receipt delivery.

France : Delivery will be made within 2-7 working days after you place your order.

Europe : Delivery will be made within 3-10 working days after you place your order.

International* : Delivery will be made within 5-30 working days after you place your order.

 

Note : You are responsible of the shipment information given to me. If an order is returned to me as ‘return to sender/undelivered’ the postage cost to reship will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

*International delivery : All applicable additional charges such as duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, I don’t control these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 

What does « made to order » mean ?

It simply means that I will start crafting the jewelry ordered using the specific characteristics that you have chosen, such as the size for instance. Depending on the design's complexity the crafting process can vary from one week up to one month for me to complete your order and ship it. Made to order jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded.
